All purchases handled by ALL G are protected by manufacturer warranty. Please email support@allgessentials.com to contact the manufacturer regarding all warranty issues.
Any damaged or defective purchases a customer receives from ALL G are eligible for replacement or customer reimbursement at the company’s discretion when the customer notifies ALL G within 21 calendar days after receipt of the item. Please email support@allgessentials.com to obtain a return confirmation number for damaged or defective items and instructions on how to complete the return. NOTE: Items returned without a return confirmation number WILL NOT be refunded or replaced.
Because our items are offered in fixed quantities, we DO NOT accept product returns for buyer’s remorse. We apologize for any inconvenience.
